Thurn and Taxis has now been taken over by Paulaner.

Roggen -- Only a slight hint of rye, dunkel weisse-like, sweet

Zwickel -- unflitered golden color
Cordon bleu with pork (i.e. pork chop wrapped in ham and cheese)

beautiful setting and view, no doubt about to be ruined by construction
immediately down the hill

Dunkel - nice and roasty, dark with bittersweet chocolate flavors

Pils - hoppier than most, bright, gold, crisp
Note the great deal on bratwursts, only 64.50 E for 100!

Helles/Vollbier - fine. Not much to it.
Weltenberger Kloister
Klosterweizen (from bottle) very nice
Bock (also in bottle) - Excellent, yummy
