***BEST in Show!!
The combo of food, bier selection and ambience made this the highlight of the trip.

We actually sat out back in the bier garden with the owners, which was lovely -- but I couldn't find a picture of it.

We had wanted to stay at Kroegske all night, but an impending train strike made us take the last train out to Brugges... where we found that both the most highly reccommended bier cafe and restaurant, Brugs Beertje and Den Dyver, were closed for vacation (despite having called ahead).
